2024 Plan Costs
The contributions for each Martin’s Point medical plan are based on a core pricing model. Martin’s Point contributes the same monthly contribution to all three medical plans allowing you to select the plan that best fits your needs.
The POS plan with HRA is considered the core plan at Martin’s Point. You then have the option to buy-up to the PPO plan or buy-down to the HDHP plan with HSA (more/less deducted from your paycheck).

Become your best self — physically and emotionally. Meru Health is a clinically proven virtual mental health care program available at no cost to eligible Aetna plan members (aged 18+). This personalized 12-week app-based online program consists of lessons and exercises designed to improve your mental well-being, and decrease symptoms of depression, burnout, and anxiety.
Plan members receive up to 4 scheduled face-to-face video sessions with licensed therapist, unlimited in-app chat support, and access to peer support groups. Meru’s therapists can also refer to psychiatrist as needed for medication review or management, but do not prescribe themselves.
Maven connects you with a dedicated personal care advocate and offers 24/7 unlimited virtual access support to 35+ specialist related to maternity support from pregnancy to postpartum through newborn care and return to work including:

Brightline Virtual Mental Health Care for Kids & Teens
The mental health care your family needs, from experts you can trust. Brightline is an in-network pediatric behavioral health service available to eligible Aetna plan members aged 3 – 18 years old.- Brightline Connect+ is a standalone self-guided digital support experience for parents and caregivers or it can be an extension to treatment in between Coaching or Care sessions.
- Brightline Coaching is a short duration skill-building programs to help kids and teens manage everyday issues like stress or transitions via 1:1 video visits with expert family behavioral health coaches.
- Brightline Care pairs your child with a personal team of Brightline licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists and includes 1:1 video visits for personalized behavioral therapy and medication management based on acute clinical needs.
Maven Enhanced Maternity Support Program
Maven Enhanced Maternity Support program is a separate supplement program included in your Aetna medical plan at no extra cost to you. Enroll early and get a reward when you sign up by the 16th week of pregnancy.
